Things might look a little different from your last visit. That's because Zendesk has decided to decommission the Web Portal we know and love and introduce the all new Help Center.
It may take a little bit of getting used to but sending those support tickets should remain quick and easy (use the 'Submit a Request' link in the top right). However, if you struggle to send us a ticket using the Help Center you can still send them via email to email@example.com and we'll be sure to pick them up.
You should be able to keep on using your usual login details. All that's changed is the layout.
